Open Mat/Special Events in Sunrise, FL 

Open Mat sessions take place on Saturdays (10 AM - 2 PM) and are open to all registered students — no booking is required — participation is optional.

Special Events will be announced in advance, may be open to the community as well as current students, and require prior booking to attend.
